PTG Consulting were looking to rebrand and unify their tourism and hospitality businesses. They wanted to present themselves as a single firm that could provide services to hotels (of all sizes) and towns, states, and countries seeking to expand tourism. They also wanted to elevate their branding to match the high-quality services they offer.

Brand Strategy
As part of the rebrand, PTG Consulting was repositioned from "Preferred Hospitality Group" to "Preferred Travel Group" to better reflect its expanded range of services. The team and I helped PTG identify its unique selling propositions and proof points to use as the foundation for its new content pillars.
Visual Identity
We reimagined PTG's visual identity from the ground up, including the logo, colors, typography, iconography, and photography. This new identity was then applied to all of PTG's communication tools, from the website to whitepapers, e-books, slide decks, document templates, and more.
The Website
PTG's website was redesigned with a focus on lead generation. Case studies were seamlessly integrated throughout the services content to create a deep, engaging experience for prospective clients.
Result
With a cohesive brand that matches the quality of its offerings, PTG is able to both create internal alignment and present itself as a brand that is insightful, accomplished, strategic, and dependable. The new website shows unity between PTG's two offerings, uses case studies as social proof, and links service pages together to create unique user journeys that keep engagement high.
